Therapy for Pain, seems like a contradiction, but pushing through the pain really ends up helping your pain issues. WHO KNEW? I certainly didn’t!
When I first arrived at Therapy it all looks so intimidating, but once the therapist begins to work with you, you begin to see what all this equipment is all about. I’m willing to do anything to stop the pain.
When I returned from Russia, I was in great pain due the fall I had. When I went to my doctor they took X-rays and nothing was broken or fractured, and yet I was still in pain. After talking with the Tia Chi instructor I once used, she told me it was probably strained muscles and or ligaments, and suggested I return to the doctor and suggest more tests and therapy, and was given a prescription for therapy, so here I am just at Christmas Time taking therapy for my shoulder.
Not sure what will happen, but I will keep you posted on my progress, as the new year begins.
If anyone has suggestions let me know, I just don’t like pain, and I’m in a lot of pain. Make suggestions, I’m willing to try most anything to alleviate this pain. I can’t be the first person to have damaged muscles or ligaments in the shoulder or other parts of the body. What did you do, or what did your doctor suggest.
I really like this pully, as the therapist said to use the good arm and let the other one go for a ride.
My therapy team, for the holidays.

More pics to come, as the therapy progresses.
